Shipping policy
How Will We Ship Your Item/s?
We send all parcels within Australia via Australia Post or Sendle.
If the item is send via Express Post, you would normally expect to receive the item within a few days of sending.
If the item is sent via AusPost or Sendle, it can take up to a 8 business days (in Australia) or so to arrive.
We also offer Click & Collect from our Emporium (108 Lygon St. Brunswick East)
Postage costs will depend on the dollar value of the items purchased.
Insurance
Postage costs include insurance on all items. AusPost & Sendle cover items valued under $100. All other items have additional insurance costs added. This is factored in the sale and shipping price.
Do you ship wordwide?
Yes we do! Please email info@sprinkle.com.au prior to completing your purchase to confirm a shipping amount as well as insurance options.
Postage to NZ is send via Standard Shipping (which can be tracked). Additional insurance is for loss or damage is included in the shipping price.
What about import taxes/duty?
Sprinkle Emporium cannot anticipate and will not be responsible for taxes applied by overseas customs houses. All taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
When will you send my order?
Once payment has cleared, your order will be sent within 3 business days of the order being placed, unless the item needs to be made or is located off sight, in which case please allow a few days extra.
If for any reason there is a delay we will communicate this to you via email. If you require your purchase by a specific date please contact us to ensure we can accommodate your request.
If you require your items urgently it is suggested that you email or call to confirm that your items are ready to ship! Additional Express Post charges may be added.
