Returns and Exchanges
We do not refund items due to change of mind, unless they are deemed faulty or they are unavailable at time of purchase.
However we do offer an exchange or credit note on all full priced garments that have been returned to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. However you must contact us prior to sending the item.
We advise the item be sent Express Post (or sent with tracking) back to the store as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not process any credit notes, exchanges or refunds until the item/s are returned and assessed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as masks, earrings, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and swimwear if tried on without undergarments.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
We take great care to quality check all goods before they leave Sprinkle Emporium.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Once a decision is made, we will replace the item for you. However if there is no stock, you will receive an online credit note or refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that goods will not be accepted for return or exchange after 7 days from making contact with us.

Exchanges or Credit Notes
We offer exchanges on full priced garments only. When exchanging for an alternative item/s, new shipping charges will apply.
A credit note will be valid for 3 months from date of original purchase for online purchases. Please note any credit amount given will be less the shipping charge.
Credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us. There will be no returns given after the credit note has been used.

Out of Stock Items
We endeavor to make sure all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct. However due to our garments being produced in limited numbers, we may occasionally sell out of the item before the online store is updated.
If an item(s) is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact you to arrange an alternative. If this does not suit you, a full refund will be offered.
Refunds (faulty or incorrect items)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
